Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the shipping fees for returning the item will be at your own expense.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@inkawaiishop.com . Please make sure to request a return authorization before sending the item back to us. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Return Policy for Blind Boxes

Blind box items must remain unopened and perfectly sealed, exactly as they were in factory condition, to be eligible for return.

For full sets of blind boxes (for example, Labubu Blind Boxes), there is an additional requirement: each set comes with a transparent protective film. This film must remain intact. Once the film is removed or damaged, the value decreases, and the return will not be accepted.

Please note that in the blind box industry, all sales are typically final. If a blind box has been opened, or if the protective film on a full set has been removed, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For every blind box return request, we will reiterate these conditions. Only after the customer confirms and agrees will we provide the return instructions.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping Fee Deductions for Returns Over US$50 or Half the Order. 

If an order is returned with items totalling over US$50 or more than half of the entire order, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund. Even if you used a free shipping promotion, a basic shipping fee will still be deducted from the refund.

 

Important Notice About Returns and Customs Fees

Please note that our products are shipped from either Japan or China. Brands such as Pop Mart, Miniso, TopToy, and similar are Chinese brands, so their items are shipped from China.

If you wish to make a return, it normally needs to be sent back to China. However, since some customers find international return shipping to be expensive, we also offer the option to return items to our Canadian address. We will then handle the forwarding of the return to China.

If you are outside of Canada but prefer to return items to our Canadian address, you may do so. Please be aware that in this case, any duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by customs for shipments valued over $10 USD will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are assessed by government customs authorities and are not controlled or collected by us.
