Processing
We are committed to shipping out your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped up to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation letter with tracking number once it's shipped.

Shipping to other countries
Online orders placed with "Standard Insured Shipping" may take up to 72 hrs to process before shipping (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location and normally take around 2-4 weeks.
*Some International destinations may take longer than 8 weeks (BRAZIL, ARGENTINA, SOUTH AFRICA, MEXICO, KUWAIT, SAUDI ARABIA, COSTA RICA, TURKEY). Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs and clearing process that takes a while longer.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
What if my order status shows 'delivered,' but I haven't received it?
Please be aware that it's your responsibility to monitor the delivery of your package. If the tracking shows 'delivered,' and no one retrieves the package from your door or mailbox, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss. We recommend that you report the loss to the shipping carrier and request an investigation.
InKawaiiShop is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 72 hours, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.
Your tracking code will be sent to you via email once it is shipped.
