1. Ordering and Payment


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for online orders. In-store, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes, we take your security very seriously. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information, and all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Q: Can I make a purchase by phone?
A: Absolutely! You can conveniently use your phone to visit our website and place an order with us.

Q: How do I apply a discount code to my order?
A: During the checkout process, you will see a field to enter your discount code. Simply enter the code and click "Apply" to see the updated total.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery

Q: Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 48 hrs (Excludes Sunday), sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us on info@inkawaiishop.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 2 to 4 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. 

Q: My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

If your product is damaged then please take photos and a video, send them to

info@inkawaiishop.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packagings. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order.

Q: My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 75 days (For Brazil and South Africa is 105 days) from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We will arrange a new shipment using a different courier company.

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

Changed your mind? Our 14-day return policy gives you ample flexibility, no questions asked. The confidence we have in our supply chain and products underpin our commitment to our customers. Terms and conditions apply.

Q:Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

Q: Don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us at info@inkawaiishop.com for an update on your tracking.
